Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, way of transport and product availability.

Packaging

Each item is carefully packaged to protect the garment and embody Intuinnea’s essence. Packaging is designed with sustainability and respect for the environment in mind.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order enters the preparation stage and cannot be altered.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and with intact labels. If the product has been shipped internationally, please contact our team first so we can review and assess the situation

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and verified. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or style are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with labels attached and fabrics preserved in their original state.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately and provide supporting proof. Intuinnea will cover the costs of return and replacement where applicable, or arrange for the item to be included in your next order.

Shipment

International shipments may be subject to Incoterms regulations, local taxes, or customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the customer. Intuinnea cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs procedures, vessel schedules, or flight disruptions.

MOQ

For B2B purchases, please contact our team directly to arrange minimum order quantities per style and confirm production timelines. Intuinnea kindly asks clients to respect these purchase limits voluntarily. If our staff suspects that these limits are not being observed, Intuinnea reserves the right to decline the transaction and take any further action deemed appropriate at its discretion.
